The Grah Nirman Mitra website and mobile application provide work-related information to labourers, masons, supervisors, contractors, material suppliers, engineers, architects, and house owners associated with house and building construction. It does not guarantee employment or work opportunities.
Grah Nirman Mitra is a non-governmental enterprise working to reduce unemployment among individuals associated with house construction by providing construction-related work information on their mobile phones, creating their digital identity, and enhancing their professional reputation.
A Grah Nirman Mitra Agent is authorized only to register new users related to house construction and renew subscriptions of already registered users. The agent is not authorized to delete or update the profile of any registered user.
Grah Nirman Mitra Agents may register only those individuals who are genuinely engaged in construction-related work as labourers, masons, supervisors, contractors, material suppliers, engineers, architects, or house owners. Registration of any other category of individuals is not permitted.
All information provided by the Grah Nirman Mitra Agent during agent registration must be accurate and clear. The agent shall be solely responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising from incorrect information.
The Grah Nirman Mitra Agent shall inform construction-related individuals about the facilities and services provided through the Grah Nirman Mitra website and mobile application and shall display the promotional flexes and banners provided by Grah Nirman Mitra at their online or physical business premises.
The Grah Nirman Mitra Agent shall explain the process of using the Grah Nirman Mitra website and mobile application to the users registered by them so that users can easily access and benefit from the available services and features.
A fixed commission amount shall be paid to the Grah Nirman Mitra Agent for each new user registration and subscription renewal completed through the Grah Nirman Mitra website and mobile application. The commission amount shall be variable and subject to change from time to time.
The Grah Nirman Mitra website and mobile application shall not be obligated to provide permanent employment or any form of guaranteed livelihood to the Grah Nirman Mitra Agent.
By registering as a Grah Nirman Mitra Agent, the agent shall automatically be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with all the above-mentioned terms, conditions, policies, and rules.
